CDL Class A Driver

Role Overview: LMN Transport is looking for dependable, safety-conscious Class A Drivers to join our growing fleet. You will be responsible for transporting aggregates and construction materials to various job sites, ensuring timely delivery and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Operation: Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations (Belly Dumps, End Dumps,Demolition trailers, and Tandem Dump Trucks) in both highway and off-road construction environments.

  • Material Delivery: Execute precision spreading with belly dumps and safe unloading of end dumps on various terrain.

  • Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough daily inspections of the tractor and trailer to ensure DOT compliance and prevent mechanical failures.

  • Load Securement: Ensure all loads are properly tarped and secured before leaving the site.

  • Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily logs and trip sheets (submitting them to the Office Administrator).

  • Communication: Maintain professional contact with dispatch and on-site project managers.

Requirements:

  • ​License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.

  • Clean Record: A safe driving record with no recent major violations.

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including tarping loads and performing minor equipment adjustments.

  • Professionalism: A strong work ethic and a "team player" attitude.
